I am a long term mac user but new to the Intel side of things. I am
about to get a new Macbook Pro and wondered what will be the best,

I would like to run Parallels for the occasional 'dip' into windows,

Sorry if this appears twice. I posted it once but it seems not to have
worked. Anyway, I have just released a new piece of free software.
Called Font Mate, it is a simple program to display characters from
all of the fonts installed on your Mac[1]. I find Font Explorer too
ANN: free font helper software19 Jul 2007 17:11 GMT2
I thought someone might be interested in a new piece of software that

doesn't show all the characters, and FontBook and the Character
So, PDAs. What's a good'un?19 Jul 2007 15:06 GMT21
I don't actually _need_ to replace my current PDA (a much loved Sony

I bought the older type Airport Extreme with the intention of sorting

Memory for iLamp?19 Jul 2007 12:14 GMT5
Pal has sent me a raft of texts overnight saying his unused & up-till-now

logic board swap).
He got it running, but then experienced a 'mem_/2/4' error. I searched & see

G4 power supply circuit19 Jul 2007 01:04 GMT-
G4's (desktop) have had a problem for some time ie, the AC Bel power

anything pointing to the problem nor the solution (overheat and
shutdown) . A replacement unit is VERY expensive considering the value
