Phoned up to try and get a replacement PSU - they say they can't deal with it on the phone 'cos it's outside of the 90 day technical support. If I do want support, then I have to give them my credit card details so they can charge me £35 if they can fix over the phone.

The son of a friend is studying photography and lusting for a Mac so I offered him my old G4 Quicksilver. I blew the cobwebs off it this morning but it wouldn't boot. Pressing Option at start-up, it didn't find either of the two internal drives
