THE RELIGION OF ISLAM

logic board.
Out of warranty, in UK law.
Synchronising Libraries18 Apr 2007 18:40 GMT1
I synchronise my user space on my iMac and iBook, but not the user
Library folders.
Is there likely to be anything in there which would cause serious issues
if it were messed about with in this fashion?

Conecting iMac to PC laptop?18 Apr 2007 14:42 GMT1
I seem to recall that about 2 years ago my iBook owning friend
connected his machine to my OS9 400 G3 iMac and moved some files
across.
Well, Now I have -
"Hello, this is Apple..."18 Apr 2007 13:40 GMT34

Visualizer - differences?18 Apr 2007 11:34 GMT1
My recently 10.4.9'd iBook seems to have different (& funkier!) Visualizer
effects than my (older) 10.4.9'd iMac - any particular reason for this?
Cheers ... Mark
Another drive dead18 Apr 2007 11:16 GMT11
Just come off the phone from my wife - her MacBook's drive has now
died. Suspiciously similar symptoms, straight after a warm day and she
came in to find the fans going wild and a kernel panic on the screen.
Bah.
Does Regent Street sell internal laptop drives?18 Apr 2007 11:15 GMT-
If I needed a 2.5" SATA drive quick for a MacBook, would Regent Street
sell one for not -too- much of a price hike over, say,
morecomputers.co.uk?
80gig/100gig is what I'd be looking at, no need for the 160gig drives here.
You may have heard about this?18 Apr 2007 02:46 GMT9
Now I know you don't really hold us PCer's in much esteem,
and as it is software to unravel the restrictions of iTunes
you all may well be aware and using it, but if not, read on.
Even amongst we PC'ers the iPod is quite liked even for a
Final iMac annoyance17 Apr 2007 22:55 GMT3
My friend's Graphite iMac has finally been upgraded because it was
switching off at random.  I got someone to take out the HD, and I sucked
the user account from the drive to put his files and stuff onto a new
20" iMac (very nice!).

No really - you didn't read that wrong. Mac bad, Windows good. It's
