| Macbook problem | 01 May 2007 00:16 GMT | 14 |
I have a Macbook, about 8 months old. I've been using it every day, several hours per day, no problems. However, quite often on switch-on, I have to press the switch-on button several times to actually get it to come on. I always hold the button depressed for several seconds

I'm looking to set up a savings account, so one of my criteria has to be whether I will be able to access it online using OS X Tiger. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice for what to look for or avoid when it comes to online banking?

| `And They Said the Mac Was Intuitive' | 30 Apr 2007 14:44 GMT | 140 |
This made my early evening: <URL:http://applematters.com/index.php/section/comments/and-they-said-the-mac-was-int uitive/> (apologies for re-posting material from Daring Fireball). The first comment also made me smirk; the later ones are predictably mean.

| ADSL molasses | 30 Apr 2007 09:31 GMT | 47 |
