Can anyone recommend a good solicitor familiar with ISP/internet
issues. I am trying to migrate ISPs and am having enormous difficulty,
I believe my former ISP may be responsible for blocking me.

Got a relative's PowerBook G4 500 with varied startup problems.
Sometimes after boot chime and hard disk noises, there's just a black
screen. It's not just no video - the bootup stops there.
Sometimes after boot chime and hard disk, it stops at the grey apple.

The mini I use for my mail and web server turned its fan to max and its
screen to on but empty. I yanked the power, and on reboot it gets as
far as Apple logo and the spinning gear thingy. Postfix and Apache are
working. I can ssh into it, but it sure doesn't look like a Mac.

I have scanned a number of photos of my daughter into PowerPoint for a
