Here I sit tonight installing Windows 2000 on a real P4 1.6Ghz 256Mb
RAM and a 40Gig drive. My god but VMs are nice, aren't they? Just
waiting for this drive to format is bad enough...

I have created a 15MB disk image of a 50MB folder on my powerbook 5300ce. I
need to get a the disk image from my powerbook 5300ce to my imac. The only
way I can get them to talk is by saving data on the 5300ce to floppy, then

I was sorting out an old PIII PC to give to a friend of my missus and
had freshly re-installed ME. So far so good. Then I went to Microsoft
Windows updates and did the IE6 update. Still ok.
Then I went to do further updates and it told me to go elsewhere for

Somehow I have managed to acquire 2.7GB of duplicates in my iTunes
library. Is there some sane way of getting rid of them?

... now "doesn't like Macs/Safari".  I can log on and do everything
bar transferring dosh.  When I hover over the 'Proceed' button the
Safari link info thingy says something like 'void (0)'.   They have
told me to use Firefox, but Firefox doesn't even let me log on.

Was previously connecting fine to my keyboardless mini with Chicken of
the VNC, but since yesterday it just shows a black screen with some
