Ok, I had my XDA working as a bluetooth modem for ages on O2, but now
I've got to change the settings over to t-mobile. I've also got a
nokia 6810 that needs setting up (I do this under different locations
so as to save hassle).

Just had an email from Apple saying that a £56 e-coupon on a Macbook has
beeen withdrawn the day after - it was to be valid til 15 March. Wonder
what's behind that.

Using latest OS X and latest Thunderbird, Thunderbird opens
automatically when I start up my computer, how can I stop this? It is
not in the start up items in Sys-Prefs-Accounts. I think there must be
asetting in Thunderbird itself for this?

All the ways to minimize a window have greyed out or don't function;
CMD M, orange shiny, double-click window header etc.  Any ideas?

I've listened to audio from my MacBook using headphones and the
quality is excellent so I thought I'd try the optical output and
connect it up to my Yamaha amp using a standard optical cable
connected to a standard mini-toslink adapter in the MacBook. Listening
