I have moved over to firefox 2 but I can not seem to find where it
stores it's cache ? on my pc was able to view a swf file and go to my
internet files and move it do documents, but I can not for the life of
me find how firefox on OS X does it ?

Odd one here. There's a trial project here at work about building a
bootable Linux image on a USB drive, which then launches VMWare and you
end up with a work-approved environment running on your own hardware.
There's hitch with getting it working on MacBook Pros at the moment ...

Wordpress generates backups of its database and e-mails me a copy of
the db behind my blog each day for backup. I'd like to be able to see
what the db looks like, and maybe perform simple operations like
