So, recently it seems to be performing as it's designed to, but god it's

I have 'remove copy from server' set to 'right away' but it's not
happening.  If I click on 'remove now', though, it does it.
This is 10.4.8 and ooh, they're running out of .x numbers - it won't be
long now!  Happy Vista launch day, btw...

Last week I tried to order a new MacBook from the Apple Store for Education
in the UK -  I'm an OU student..   They refused to sell me it on the grounds
that I was at a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Number even though it could
have been sent at the same rate as  domestic post ...

I am trying to use final cut pro to capture 1080i video from my sony HD
camcorder but the only capture settings are DV or DVPRO HD. When I chose
HD it says no device available - I thought this was going to be easy :(
