My son in law's HD is in the process of failing, alrthough it's still working. He's saved the data he needs to save to an external drive and wants to raplace his internal. He has a dual G4/450 (I think). He's mailed me the following query:

Can you stream music from a windows machine with iTunes using the airport express, or is that a feature limited purely to the Mac side of things?

I'm trying to find a way to have an automatic reply to an email that includes an attachment in the reply, using Mail.app. So far I have failed miserably. Any pointers?

Following on from the various MacBook and MB Pro discussions, is there much of a real world advantage to an ordinary Mac user (ie: not someone using their Mac for graphics intensive purposes like CAD etc) in paying the extra for the MB Pro over the standard MacBook?

The old airports - the ones with the 56k modem in them - can they be used with a PC for wireless dialup access? My dad uses an XP laptop and doesn't have broadband, but fancies wireless dialup. The only other product I've seen that does this is an ugly BT usb DECT thing - and ...

I have a powermac G4 that came in, the origin of which is unknown. It appears to be DOA - If you press the power button it lights briefly, then goes out. The fan starts, and the HDD spins up. There is a red LED on the motherboard, but nothing else - no startup chime and no screen
