I have a UK layout IBM ps2 keyboard which goes to a belkin kvm thence
into a mac mini running 10.4.7.
I've installed a third party keyboard layout "British - Windows - 2"

I am currently using a MacBook plugged into a Dell 20" widescreen
monitor. I sometimes use the extended desktop and use both the MacBook
and the Dell display at the same time. Other times I like to use just
the Dell display.
