I have struggled with my pc /apple dilema for over a year. My job requires
me to know windows etc inside out but for creative projects the mac rules by

http://www.macworld.com/2006/09/firstlooks/imacbench/index.php
Look at the Photoshop benchmarks. Now how is a Dual Core2 only beating
the iMac 2.16Ghz by about the increase in clock speed? IF Rosetta was

The boss of a small client company wants to be able to send replies to
emails sent to the company without disclosing her personal email address
to the recipient. She's using Mail under 10.4.
What's the very simplest way to set this up please - she's not a
Fetchmail via clamav/spamassasin11 Sep 2006 22:28 GMT6

There are 3 mailhosts in the chain though, and if the mini fails to

Apparently Dell are having to delay reporting results due to share

Does Apple hide the UK refurb site now? The old link I had for it now

page.

Slight return11 Sep 2006 19:12 GMT6
I return, after what has been several months of very hard work and no
leisure time.  So, the cats are HUGE now and splendid...i'm very
seriously considering the new lowend mini as a home cinema device for
my shiny new HD projector, and my beloved 12" PB has just suffered some
Gone on Safari11 Sep 2006 18:37 GMT190
I didn't believe a site could totally flummox Safari but
http://www.orangecoalition.com/
does. Only Firefox 1.5 will do, it seems.

iPod wilting away...11 Sep 2006 17:37 GMT27
Oh dear. Apparently the sky is falling. In the Observer:

Recording the screen11 Sep 2006 15:21 GMT3
I'm looking for the best software to record the screen for training
videos. I'd also like to capture sound produced by the Mac and also
sound through the microphone.
I'd love a recommendation.

Record from Telewest TVDrive to Mini11 Sep 2006 14:58 GMT16
Can I?
The TVDrive[1] has an option to let you record saved programmes to a DVD
recorder, but as I only have a DVD player that's no good. The mini sits
right next to it too, and that does have a DVD burner, so I wondered if
