As title says, I'm trying to install 10.3 on an ibook G4 with ubuntu on
it. I have three mac os install cds and I try and boot with the first
one and just get a circle with a bar across it (a stop sign). I held
down the alt key and booted with the 1st cd but got just a stop sign.

Comic Life installs a bunch of fonts, and creates a collection for them
in Font Book (and every other application's font panel). In every
applicaiton other than Comic Life, and in Font Book, that collection is
empty.

I need more USB ports and FW on my iMac and would like recommendations for a

There must be an easier way - I am making an archive, over 12 DVDs, of
my old iBook system before I use my backup drive for the MacBook.
I found due to permissions I couldn't just drag and drop to a

Does anyone know a technique to search for QuickTime movies using frame
resolution as a criterion? I want to find video of various religious
ceremonies (baptism, for example) and not just at postage stamp size.
