I want to buy a Macbook in September - it's sounding like it'd be a good idea to hold off until the 16th or so in case a Merom upgrade appears. I'm a Mac newbie, so could anyone comment on:

| Webshop Numpty | 31 Aug 2006 11:22 GMT | 6 |
I keep on dithering about how to set up a web shop for work I think the long term solution is OSCommerce due to its flexibility, but I don't think it's an option for the short term as I don't speak SQL. So I think I need more of a noddy one to start with and I'll have to

| Smartdisk disk replacement | 31 Aug 2006 08:28 GMT | 7 |
Embarrassing isn't it. I've been playing with Macs since the SE was a big deal and I've never changed a hard disk. My Smartdisk firewire drive has died and I have a couple of questions: First question: how do I get the connectors out from the controller bit?
