I have a movie consisting of files with .ifo, .bup, and .mov endings. They are VTS files, eg VTS_01_0.vob. I cant get Toast v9 to recognize these files and burn the movie. Any suggestions?

Impressive. It usually only takes about 30 seconds for it to work when this Mac's display is asleep. But just now - a little over five minutes for this Mac to recognise that input. So - is five minutes a record? *manical laughter*

I prefer IMAP Gmail but the new webmail is damn good. I have little need for syncing stuff as I mess with iTunes and my iPhone so much that the times I do I also sync and that suffices. But it's the iDisk usage I find attractive - 20 GBs for less than $10 US a

Who starts automount on Tiger? I've looked under the launch folders and don't see it, and my superior knowledge of Linux/Solaris, etc makes me look under /etc, but I can't find it there, either. I've read the automount man page, and it's not really a help. I want

How can i boot to Live Linux disk in my MacBook OS 10.5.4 i remember in Windows you restart your computer hold down F12 and select boot from DVD how do you do that on the MacBook ?

It's almost impossible to google for this because everything that I read has a different location and few specifically mention Firefox 3.0. Even Spotlight can't find it just searching for Firefox or bookmarks.html -- what a pain. Anybody know?

I still can't get used to it and was wonderingi f it could be changed. I find that in Mail and iTunes when I use the delete key to delete an item, that the system selects the item before the one I deleted and not the one after it. I'm used to it moving froward I guess from ...
