Something annoying happens when I use quickbooks on my mac.  Also I am
using Leopard.
When I am making entries into the Quickbooks register, my keyboard

I try sending a message but it goes right into the Outbox...no progress
bar in the Activity Monitor, no audible "swish", Connection Doctor
shows green dots for all accounts in/out...
I quit Mail and re-launch, open the message and click SEND and it goes

Occasionally (once a week or so) after my Mac wakes from sleep I find
that there is no menu bar, and nothing responds. So far the only

Hi, have been getting use to my iMac for last few days. Can anyone advise

This week when I booted to XP using Boot Camp in OS 10.5 I got a message
from Windows Update asking if I wanted to install XP service pack 3.  I said
yes and after a while it was downloaded and installed.
After that I noticed an icon in the tool tray telling me that Local Area
automountd, backups.backupdb & port 11117 May 2008 17:50 GMT3
I'm running 10.5.2 on a Mac Pro with Time Machine enabled.
Occasionally Little Snitch will alert me to auotomound wanting to make a
connection with backups.backupdb via port 111. I've allowed it but not
on a permanent basis.

I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. I bought a
1-terrabyte external hard drive that is actually two 500gb drives in a
single case. It is described as a JBOD subsystem for two 3.5" SATA
