I uncovered a problem when I click on applications and it sometimes
pulls up Windows applications within Parallels.
I have two parallels partitions, one which I created, and one which
got converted by a Parallels utility.

I told someone in another newsgroup that I would check on concern #2

Being lazy, I downloaded a wireshark .dmg from

and installed.
I just rebooted and was informed that the wireshark copy in my startup

I've been seeing SystemUIServer lock up quite a bit with 10.5.2. The
only thing I can think of that I've changed is activating a .Mac trial.
However, they most often happen with my wife's account, and she isn't
using .Mac. Has anyone else had problems with SystemUIServer lately? ...

So I'm erasing a CDRW disc using Toast 8.03 and I get this message:
"connection not stable".  I got that before erasing a DVDRW disc and it
halted the erasing procedure.  This time it didn't halt - but its taking
a little longer than before.  Any ideas?  Just have one device ...

i am having problems with my mouse Logitech MX 1000 and my leopard.
I think the mouse is not the problem since it works fine with windows,
but when I use it with my Leopard it doesn't work correctly. (I have
installed the Logitech Control Center 2.4)

since I upgraded to Leopard I have the following problem: after a
reboot my keyboard layout is changed (to swiss french btw). If I
change it again to US (I have a US keyboard) I can work without
problem up to next reboot.

Most of what I am finding is that there is nothing available for
10.3.9. Is this true? Anyone else have any luck? I have paired it to
Bluetooth and can browse the phone and send it files and grab files, I
want to input my address book. Nothing I have tried works so far. TIA

Anyone know a cure for the Nano White Screen of Death? I've tried
update and Restore and Reset and no joy. Still plays fine just can't
see ANYTHING on the Screen other than a bright white light. Still
under Warranty BUT rather not have to wait to ship to Apple and get it

Kwe sewakwekon, Hello everyone, anyone else having Printer troubles
after installing the OS 10.5.2 update?
My Epson R340 was working for the most part under 10.5.1 except for CD/
DVD printing but now won't print anything, just goes into print queue

I seem to have messed something up and hope someone can get me out of a
jam.
While running the latest Tiger, I used Migration Manager to move an
existing user from another Mac to my own Mac. So, my Mac now

I have just recently installed Mac OS X Leopard on my Macbook Pro
after installing af new hard drive.
The installation of both the new hard drive and OS X Leopard worked
perfectly.
