Luckily, I've been backing up my system before I install any Apple
update since the Quicktime update royally screwed up my system a couple

What keys are used to move around in a document one is editing in
TextEdit?  For example the "Home" key doesn't move the insertion point
to the end of a line. But "Control + >" does move the insertion point

Xbench is sort of a standard yet it seems like its got tons of
inconsistencies and problems.  I'm wondering what other hardware scoring
systems are out there?  Geekbench? Others?  Especially for memory, cpu
and hard drive tests.  Video card performance is not very important now.

OK so here's the deal, my friends and I took a G5 and turned it into a
makeshift file server. Basically we have a shared hard drive on the G5

I installed 10.5.2 on my wife's iMac.  Afterward, TimeMachine is
reporting that a backup failed.  When I click on the little red "i"
icon for information, it says "Unable to get status of backup volume".

So I just realized my internet still works when my PPPoE password is
wiped out or replaced with the wrong password in Sys Prefs, Network.  My
ISP can't figure it out.  I wiped out all the keychain passwords.  Does
anybody have any idea how its getting the password?
