I know that the documentation on iTunes music sharing states that the computers have to located on the same network. Despite that, is there anyway to get it to work connecting computers in the US and Australia?

so, we just picked up a secondhand G4, that worked at the guys house, but once we got it home, it won't boot up. it gets to the grey apple screen, and no further. not even the little loading circle thing. The fact that it gets that far makes me pretty sure it has to be a software ...

I'm new to Unix and to OsX so this may be basic stuff: Console (in Os 10.5.1) is giving me thousands of alerts from a sender named " _stemStarter [17]" to the effect that "The process has forked and you cannot use this CoreFoundation functionality safely. You MUST exec()."

Can anyone recommend a solid application that'll fetch lyrics and album covers and install them in iTunes? I've tried a couple of ones from versiontracker, and one crashes, the other often skips one or the other. Desktop G5 on Tiger, preferred machine for this, but I have Leopard ...

Have a Mac Powerbook with OSX 10.2.8 with AIRPORT EXTREME card. Gets online always and easily via our in home Belkin Pre-N wireless router(seems to remember the password without me ever having specifically asked for that...though at times i have to re-enter password).
