Please help a computer illiterate!
I'm trying to print addresses on a pile of envelopes, using Word and a
Canon 530. I've set the document size to 13cm by 13cm to match the things.
But when I print, the first envelope comes out blank and the printer

Today I upgraded my G5 iMac to OS X 10.4.11, which includes
Safari 3.0.4, but now web page windows in Safari cannot be
closed in the normal fashion -- the 'close window' command in

I just got a new 24" iMac, and I noticed that Apple seems to have
changed the Mighty Mouse that comes with it. In addition to having a
shorter cord (assuming you will attach it to the keyboard), it seems as
if the side buttons have become much more sensitive. I find with the new

I have had an imac for about 1 month and have really found it
fantastic esp compared with the probs i had with windows.
however hit on a problem. the hdd is full (350gb) but i have found a

My BIL bought a Macbook Pro in November.  He's on a trip.  Last night he
found that he could not type into a Spotlight search box.  Then he was
able to type in fewer and fewer applications.  Now he can't type anywhere.
When he restarts, Finder windows that were closed show up open ...

My MacBook, which I have had about 2 weeks with Sys10.5.1 will not
start up. Just to the Apple, then the spinner for about a minute and
restart. This would repeat as long  as I let it. What do I do next.
