When I try to start Firefox I get a message saying that a copy of
Firefox is already open.  And I am unable to open the browser.  I
trashed everything on my computer with Firefox except the profile
folder.  Cleared all the caches with Main Menu.  Restarted computer.

I'm having trouble with my network setup (whenever I try to change
