Bought a 3rd generation ipod and am having problems with it. I have the latest itunes 7.5 on my mac powerbook and when I plug the ipod in its not recognised, my external dvd firewire burner is though so I know its not the port.

Folks I am trying to install OS X Tiger on my MacBook, so I follow the instructions, press the C button, with the CD in the drive & power it up. After a bit of wurring the CD is spat out, and it tries to boot

This is a duplicate posting, sorry. No one responded to the first. Perhaps no one else cares? I found that in Leopard (did not happen in Tiger), capturing a WINDOW using the shift-command-4 + space keystrokes produces a pic (jpeg)
