Leopard Mail not being copied to Sent?25 Nov 2007 00:51 GMT1
Has anyone noticed mail not appearing in the Sent items folder in Leopard?
It doesn't happen every time, but it's often enough that it's annoying me.
I'm using IMAP. I have three servers, and it seems to happen to all of
them, but I haven't been keeping notes on the problem.
blurry menu bar: panther24 Nov 2007 22:49 GMT4
the menu bar on my old iMac (Panther) is too blurry to read this AM
and I don't know if it's a diagnostic problem meaning that it's saying
something is wrong or if it's just something with the menu bar - all
the icons and the Dock are fine just the Menu Bar - I resent all the

YAFBUQ (Yet another freakin' back-up question)24 Nov 2007 21:24 GMT18
I am the proud owner of a new USB external HD for my MBP running
10.4.11. I am a writer, so most of the day to day changes are relatively
small Word files. I always save articles to regular HD and to a USB
memory stick. I know I want to clone (with SuperDuper) to the new
Name-Based VirtualHosts on Leopard? Netinfo Manager gone...24 Nov 2007 21:20 GMT13
I used Netinfo Manager on previous versions of OS X to serve my
development sites on my local machine. Now that it's gone, can anyone
point me in the right direction to a similar setup on Leopard?
Keychain named login24 Nov 2007 21:12 GMT2
Many years ago I set my default keychain to a different name and of
course the password is different from my login password.  All was well.
I have upgraded to Leopard, and during the update process, my default
keychain contents were copied to a new keychain named "login."   I
Western Digital My Book World Edition24 Nov 2007 20:33 GMT3
Does anyone know if a Western Digital My Book World Edition NAS drive
(WDG1NC5000) will work with OS X?  The requirements state Windows but
I thought I'd check here to see if anyone had tried it with OS X.
Thanks.
Starting up svnserve24 Nov 2007 18:06 GMT2
Before I upgraded to Leopard, I was starting svnserve at boot time.  I
think that I had launchd setup to start the process, but I am not
positive.  I know that I can use Web DAV in Apache and staqrt the
Apache server, but I just need something simple and svnserv would do
10.5.1: .dmg discs refuse to unmount24 Nov 2007 05:49 GMT10
Anyone else seen this? Virtual discs can't be unmounted without a
reboot - whether dragged to trash or ejected from the navigation pane,
they just refuse to leave the desktop. This is on a new Santa Rosa iMac
running Os 10.5.1. The HD is healthy - albeit there are approx 500

R/W ZFS on Leopard Question -or- Where's my 40MB?24 Nov 2007 05:16 GMT3
Howdy,

Mac Office 2008 for free?23 Nov 2007 22:44 GMT2
Amazon.com (as well as other places) are offering this for free when
you buy Office 2004.  Amazon has it at $125 with a $100 rebate, so
basically youre getting Office 2004 and a $500 Office 2008 (when it
comes out) for $25?
