.AVI trimming18 Nov 2007 19:42 GMT3
I have an .avi movie (about 700 mb) and would like to trim out some

I missed something.  So I want to trim out things like opening
credits, ending credits, etc to maybe bring it down to about 680 mb.

I need to buy, for a local tutoring program, an inexpensive monochrome

to an Apple AirPort Express base station.  The printer works when

Can't install Tiger on external partition18 Nov 2007 08:54 GMT7
Tried to install OS X from 10.4.7 CDs that came with the Intel Mini. When

Advice on Upgrading from 10.5 to 10.5.118 Nov 2007 06:07 GMT18
Based on lessons learned the hard way do not use the OSX Software
Update.  Get the MacOSXUpd10.5.1.dmg from Apple.
If you have already used the Software Update and have some weird
messages when you try to Repair Disk Permissions using the Disk Utility,
New Mac won't verify permissions18 Nov 2007 06:06 GMT7

20% and then hangs forever - while the text feedback insists that the
job will be done in under 1 minute.

I'm having trouble copying old archive files from 2000. The copying seems to
be going well but when I click on the folders in the copied file, they all
show as 0 KB, and appear to be empty, as if nothing got copied. But then if
I try to copy the files again (copying the individual ...

My Safari Dock icon under Leopard spontaneously (as far as I can tell)

the wrong icon out of the Dock to make it disappear, and attempted to
replace it with the real Safari clock icon. When the Safari clock ...
