consist of creating a vanity staplebook, by combining several sheets

Make available offline30 Nov 2007 21:20 GMT3
Just converted from Vista to OSX Leopard and I love it. I'm missing
one thing: In Vista I could browse my server share and select a folder
for being available offline. This feature I really miss. I like the
simplicity in this and I'm not at all interested in rsync or svn or
Turn off imac's screen but leave the mac on? (NOT sleeping?)30 Nov 2007 20:18 GMT42
I have a new imac.  How do I turn off the screen but leave the
computer on.  Not sleeping. On.
Also, what is the term for the imac I have?  I mean, there's "imacs"
dating back to 1998. So what is the term for my new imac? Imac 2007 or

svn client in 10.5.1?30 Nov 2007 05:06 GMT5
So, I finally broke-down and bought a new iMac to replace my venerable
Luxor Jr 800 MHz G4.  I waited through the two hours to migrate my
files from the old system, and the hour plus for the 10.5 upgrade from
the included DVD (the system itself still had 10.4 on it when I first
Bootcamp and Parallels30 Nov 2007 01:11 GMT13
Can I set up a Mac with both Boot camp and Parallels running the same
copy of Windows?
The reason I want this is because I prefer the convenience of
Parallels for running day-to-day business applications, but I
TechTool Pro Leopard version released today30 Nov 2007 01:08 GMT1
Just placed my order a few minutes ago.
For those interested, make  _sure_  you do not
order the existing version 4.5.3 by mistake,
as that version will NOT run with Leopard.
Reading console logs from non-admin account29 Nov 2007 23:37 GMT5
Most apps that require special privilage to do something will prompt
you for an admin username and password if you are logged in as a normal
user.  The only problem I have ever had is with Console, where many of
the log files are greyed out and if you click on one you get a "You do
Wonderful Windows XP29 Nov 2007 23:33 GMT60
We've gotten 2 major service pacs and a bunch of upgrades.  XP only works
better and better.
You got all those dots, and your machines run worse and worse.
How could we improve Time Machine and Spaces?29 Nov 2007 23:23 GMT26
Two of the most useful/interesting new features of Mac OS 10.5,
Leopard, are Time Machine and Spaces. These are two features that I’m
sure will be quickly embraced by Mac users everywhere. They are just
some of the best features that were included in this release. I don’t
Cannot connect to SBS 2003 server but.....29 Nov 2007 21:54 GMT2
Hi chaps,
I'm having a problem connecting to a Windows SBS 2003 server from any
OS X machines in the office.
Now, I know that you have to turn off digital signing on the SBS box
Spotlight and Google Desktop are both utterly useless...29 Nov 2007 20:37 GMT12
...if they're not searching my home library (under Leopard) :-( e.g. a
search for 'com.apple.ActivityMonitor.plist' turns up NOTHING :-(
Is there any DECENT search tool that will do this VERY basic thing???
*highly frustrated look*
Where are preferences in Leopard?29 Nov 2007 17:51 GMT6
Where are preference files located in Leopard?
In the previous operating system, 10.4.x, I could search for and delete
preference files by searching the name of the application. Most of these
preference files began with "com." or ended with ".plist" or both.
