So, I finally broke-down and bought a new iMac to replace my venerable Luxor Jr 800 MHz G4. I waited through the two hours to migrate my files from the old system, and the hour plus for the 10.5 upgrade from the included DVD (the system itself still had 10.4 on it when I first

Two of the most useful/interesting new features of Mac OS 10.5, Leopard, are Time Machine and Spaces. These are two features that I’m sure will be quickly embraced by Mac users everywhere. They are just some of the best features that were included in this release. I don’t

| Where are preferences in Leopard? | 29 Nov 2007 17:51 GMT | 6 |
Where are preference files located in Leopard? In the previous operating system, 10.4.x, I could search for and delete preference files by searching the name of the application. Most of these preference files began with "com." or ended with ".plist" or both.
