I have a Mini PPC with OS 10.4.10. The Safari 3 installer tells me my HD doesn't meet the requirements. It has 17 gB free. What could be the problem?

I have a handful of concert DVDs that I'm trying to rip so I can have the audio on my iPod. My iBook is running Tiger. I can successfully use osex or Mac The Ripper to get the audio tracks off the DVD into .PCM files, but I have yet to find any audio conversion utility that

Is there a way t increase the size of windows partition with Bootcamp beyond 32GB? Does this limit apply to Parallels and Vmware software as well? Does this limit apply in the upcoming Leoprad? Thansk

Apple AAPL shares fell 5% Wednesday and 1.3% Thursday, after the company cut the price of its 8-gigabyte iPhone by $200, or 33%, to $399. The aggressive price cut came just 69 days after the product was launched. Apple also is discontinuing its 4 GB iPhone.

I was very suspicious when phil zimmerman sold the company to some corporation. i bet there are backdoors etc. to it and the encryption is w.nk. Not to mention it's f.cking expensive

I just installed Tiger on an xserve, originally configured to boot from a mirrored RAID. After the install I'm getting the blinking folder of no boot device death. How can I set the boot device from open firmware? I can't boot from CD
