| Hide Application bug | 27 Aug 2007 16:30 GMT | 6 |
Sometimes when I use Hide Application (cmd-H) the app stays visible. When I click on the app's window, it hides then. After that, I can never get it to unhide. I have seen only 2 other references to this bug, a post on this group a couple years ago, and one on MacOSX.com.

| Is this normal? | 26 Aug 2007 15:00 GMT | 13 |
So, I just noticed ( after years :^)) that when I use the finder ( column view ) to look at /Boot-Drive/Users, that my home directory doesn't show up in that view. If I open Terminal and issue "ls -al /Users" it's where it should be.

| Built in iSight question | 26 Aug 2007 07:47 GMT | 6 |
You know how a wide angle lens stretches the face when you get too close? I was wondering if the iSight has addressed that? In other words, how close do you have to get to the lens before you notice the stretching affect?

| My SE/30 is old enough to vote | 26 Aug 2007 01:29 GMT | 7 |
Apropos of nothing, iCal informs me that that my Mac SE/30 just turned 18. This was a sweet "loaded" machine with an 80MB hard disk and 8MB of RAM. I got it at the developer price, a deeply discounted $3661.66! (This model had been on the market since January 1989.)
