Hi, my 6 year old nephew accidentally stuck two CDs in the CD drive
(so he thinks - however, we just can't get the CDs to eject). I've
tried several recommendations, including restarting the computer while
holding the mouse click button - but nothing seems to work. Any

I'm running a 20" iMac (2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 dual) with 1 GB of RAM,
which is proving to be inadequate.
From what I understand, I can replace the existing two 512 DIMMs with
either 1GB or 2GB DIMMs, but if I install 2 2GB DIMMs, only 3 GB of RAM
