I dont like the look and feel of Safari. Are there any good alternatives? I
have heard much about Firefox, may this be an alternative?

I am running 10.3.9 on a 600MHz iMac.
Thunderbird is set as the default mail application, but Mail.app still
loads at login.
Any clues on making it go away (I just thought of deleting it!!)

I've tried using VideoDownloader with Firefox (and even Safari) which
works great with most sites including Youtube, but I've been
unsuccessful with downloading anything from MySpace even though
VideoDownloader claims to handle this as well.

With 10.4.9, I thought I could repair the disk right from Disk Utility
instead of using the installation CD. Now the repair button is grayed
out and I can only verify it. Has it always been so and I'm just senile?

I have noticed that lately my internet speed has gone slower on my
Mac.

The ball in my Mighty Mouse won't scroll down, but will scroll up and
sideways.  How does one clean it?  I recall that one should not use

Safari defaults to Preview when downloading a PDF. Note I said
downloading, not clicking on a link. It gives the downloaded PDF

I have the most bizarre problem, my Apple keyboards no longer will
"work" in the Finder, I cannot use keyboard commands to delete, create
new folders, type file/folder names, etc.

I bought an iMac and wanted to import my certificates
*.p12 and *.cer into the key chain.
It does this as certificates but not
into My Certificates, hence I cannot
