I have a friend with a PMG4 and I just upgraded her G4
to OSX 10.4.10 for her.  However, she has no dollars
to buy a new printer and her printer (an Epson Stylus 880)
has no OSX printer driver.

I have installed 2 printers on an airport switch (I plug either one
since there is only on connection available).
With the Epson printer, it can print (however, I have to disconnect and
then reconnect the network to print a second document).

I am looking for an application to compare two binary files.  Would be
nice if the application included a hex editor.

I have a Dual G5 with AGP (No PCI-Express) and I'm trying to find a
video card for it that will do 2560X1600 monitors (30 inch Dell). I
don't need this video card for gaming just to be able to handle the

I was working on my iBook this morning when I noticed something odd.
All of my contacts in Mail were gone. Vanished. No one except myself

Apple's Font Book is nice for looking at fonts
and arranging them in groups, but i can't figure
out how to turn groups of fonts on and off.
I have lot's of fonts that i use occasionally.

I have created a .exrc file in ~. (~/.exrc) and have the following
set showmode

set showmatch

Usually, I only hear this fan blowing when I have a CD or DVD in the
optical drive.  Now, however, I have removed the DVD and the fan
continues blowing even after a reboot.  Is there anything I can do to
stop this or does the iMac need to be taken in for AppleCare hardware
