I'm running 10.4.10, a MDD machine (dual G4 1.25 Ghz). I have two optical drives, but recently (I believe it was since the 10.4.10 update) one of the optical drives started failing. Any media inserted would simply not mount.

I have a Mac for testing web stuff I'm developing. I pretty much don't know what's going on in the Mac world. I've always just booted it up, start the browser, do the testing, and shut it down. I had an iBook G3/500MHz until it died recently. Now my employer just presented me ...

I installed the Apple QuickTime 7.2 update on my 10.4.10 PPC system and all the Unsanity Haxies I use stopped working (Labels X, MenuMaster, FruitMenu, WindowShade). Unsanity hasn't gotten back to me yet with any sort of "We know and are looking into it."
