My iMac G5 20" is on it's third power supply and counting. While we do have an Apple Repair place in the US Virgin Islands, they get their parts by dolphin express. My back up machine is a Pismo. I call it the Frankenpismo because it is sewed together from so many corpses.

I have an entry of xterm-256color in the directory /usr/share/terminfo/ 78/, which I think came with ncuresew package I installed via DarwinPorts. If I run mrxvt and export TERM=xterm-256color, I see beautiful 256 colors display in both vim and emacs.

Wife's mac's now gone weird..and I am getting blamed.. G4 OSX etc etc. I took it down after she had 'shut it down, honest' and the next time it booted it took FOREVER. I reckon it was doing a fsck....
