How do i pick and choose what i would like to share from my administrator account to my Managed account on my single computer? I want to be able to access identical files from one location...Music files, movies, docs.... stuff like that.

I just recently migrated from a beige Power Macintosh G3 running MacOS X 10.2.8, to a Blue&White Power Macintosh G3 running MacOS X 10.3.9. Now,my wife's Windows 2000 machine is no longer able to access volumes that my Macintosh tries to share via Samba.

I have a blue+white G3, 1st version, which is obsolete because it can't run OSX and the new browser I need. I got a cheep G3 version 2 from somebody on the net. It seems to be powerless. Wondering if I can move that motherboard to my machine. Is this a tech feat or no big deal?

I realize now that you need 2 separate IDE channels for Raid 0 to work properly, so unfortunately my Mac Mini is out. But I was wondering if anyone has tried it with one of the older G4 towers. Some of them take 4 x 512mb DDR ram so it might help the performance substantially. ...

My Mac Mini has been pretty rock-solid, sometimes my router signal drops to nil - but it usually doesn't disappear from the network connections. I thought this was only an issue with my wife's Vista laptop.
