Can I configure my gmail to be the default e-mail from iPhoto,i.e. when I select a photo in iPhoto and then select the Mail icon in iPhoto I would be directed to my gmail rather than to .mac. I do not use .mac

I realize it is supposed to be safer to not to give yourself admin privileges, but to create a separate account for that purpose? However, I am wondering how many people actually do that? Do you?

Photoshop Elements crashes upon launch whenever I open it from my main account, but not when I open it from any other account. I tried removing all associated files from the user folder, but that doesn't help. Nor did reinstalling the application.

On those Macs at work that are running Tiger I find that often when I open a (data-)file for the first time by double-clicking it (thus firing up its associated app) I get a dialog stating something like "This is the first time you use ... to open this file... Do you really...??"
