CD Editing19 Jun 2007 15:22 GMT1
I've recorded a friend's funeral on CD (perfectly legitimately). I'd

beginning and breaking the body of the service down into different
tracks.

I decided to start saving electricity and to try to keep my computer
from overheating, so I now turn off the computer before going to bed at

UDF packet writing under OS X?19 Jun 2007 11:34 GMT17
Is there any way to packet write to UDF discs under OS X? The "use a
CD/DVD as a floppy disc" notion is quite appealing for my purposes
however whenever I try to do it in OS X I cannot mount the UDF
formatted DVD-RW disc I have in anything other than read only mode.

It wasn't those ads.
It wasn't the iPod.

Would you recommend getting the new operating system, Leopard, and a

I do like the mighty mouse. I have one issue that is cropping up lately
that is getting to the point where I want to take it back to the store.
Came with new iMac (mmouse is the wireless bluetooth variety).
The issue is the little trackball. It seems to periodically get stuck
Inkjet print label direct to CD/DVD - Comments, experiences, recommendations18 Jun 2007 20:39 GMT20
Learned the hard way paper labels and DVDs don't mix. Tried the newer
polyester labels from Memorex but the cost works out to approximately $1
per label.
Been looking at the Epson line of photo/CD/DVD inkjet printers.

Classic won't start anymore18 Jun 2007 16:57 GMT11
Hi all, when I try to start classic the startup progress bar dialog box
appears for a couple seconds then disappears.  I've tried a large
variety of solutions to no avail--but I really haven't come across this
exact symptom (as described above) in any troubleshooting forums.

Trouble opening Google with IE on OS 9.218 Jun 2007 15:16 GMT9
One of our employees has an eMac that is running on OS 9.2 and uses IE
5.1 as her main web browser. Today she tried to open IE (with Google
as her homepage) and the entire computer froze. IE works fine when
opening up other websites as the homepage but whenever she tries to
Boot Camp again18 Jun 2007 11:43 GMT7
OK, I finally got this damn thing figured out (but obviously on the Mac side
right now using Hogwasher) and it works great.  The only problem is that you
have to reboot to switch the OS's.  Not a big deal as I'll be on the Mac side
90% of the time.
