More AirPort woes25 May 2007 03:58 GMT3
Good grief. I just can't seem to get out of my way. I've done soft
resets on my Airport base station (double ethernet) several times in
the last two days. But after the most recent, when I ran Airport Admin
Utility, it told me that, yes, I had done a reset, and then it

Comcast, AirPort, and XBox24 May 2007 14:36 GMT2
Well, well, well. I sent an e-mail to Comcast, and got a response from
their robot that was actually helpful. All it took was unplugging the
power for the cable modem for 30 seconds, which led to the the modem
and the AirPort base station working simultaneously. Nice connection

Comcast and AirPort24 May 2007 03:03 GMT4

hooking up the cable modem to our iMac G4, but when we try to put our
AirPort base station back into the mix, the cable modem ceases to work
and AirPort isn't working, either. Yes, all of this worked with

I was going to purchase an external HD which is powered via USB.

I was going to buy one of the following external HD drives
