I recently purchased an iHome iH6 stereo clock radio with iPod capabilities.
I've noted on the iHome website that there is also an iH8 model, both the iH6
and iH8 selling for the same $99.99 (gadzooks, $99.99 is so much less than
$100), The pictures shown on the iHome website for ...

Running Word and Excel and numerous other programs on my iMac and
sometimes the window that I am working on disappears. Clicking on
another program then selecting the application in the doc normally
brings back the missing window/document. Have searched around Apple

I've been struggling with this for some time now.  I'm looking for
advice.  I need a preferably free service / client to do video and
voice chat between my Mac at home and a Windows laptop for when I
travel.  I used to be able to use iChat with an AOL account and

I listen to radio programs but if I try to use the Internet, the audio
stops. This happens with Firefox and Safari.  I have an Imac, OS 10.4.

Hey Everyone, I just got my new Macbook Pro for free a few days ago.
Saw this group out here and thought I would tell you how to get one
for free if you want (or since most of you already have one, get
another one for free to sell on eBay- which as of yesterday were going

In utter ignorance, I assumed that a mini-DVD from a videocam could be
compatibly inserted in my drive in my MacBook Pro. As probably any one
with half a brain can guess, when I did this, it just vanished - no
icon, no response to the various normal ways of ejecting a disc. Right

I just set up Mail to import the mail from Gmail - but it only imports
the inbox. How can I import the 'send mail' folder?

I just bought a car that plays MP3 CD's. (The Jetta Wolfsburg - totally
amazing car!)
I put together a playlist in iTunes of about 150 songs but when I went
to burn it, it said that anything bought from the the iTunes store

Been using my new Mac for 2 weeks and love it,
I just copied a 700MB file from an external USB disk to my Hard disk,
I was trying to undo some typing in Firefox and chose Edit->Undo but I
was on the Finder menu instead

I have a bunch of movies in various formats (avi, QT, mov) that I have
to convert to .flv files.    
All I can find so far is OSX stuff.  
Is there anything that will work on OS9?
