I'm just starting a new job, I'm working for a software company about ipod,iphone,apple,dvd to iphone,dvd to ipod. It's realy new to me.NOw I am still figuring out what what my job duties will be! I think I need some advice.

Yes, I know that this topic has been covered in this group ad nauseum. And the consensus is that OS X handles defragging of files under 20MB on its own so doing it manually is not necessary. But is it really true?

I must have been very young when the Newton was out. I have heard/seen various references to the 'Newton'

If I click on the blue Apple Symbol in the top left hand corner of the GUI I see that on the drop down menu one can Force Quit an application by pressing three keys. After much checking I now discover recently that the third key in that sequence is the Esc key located at the top ...

Sorry if this isn't the right place. If not, where should I be? I just picked up the mouse at Sam's. Hooked it up and I can move the cursor but the left/right clicks do nada. Zero. Ineffective. I spent 28 minutes on the phone with Henry in Logitech's tech support

Last Friday I ordered two MacBooks from the Canadian Store site. They were picked up by Fedex in Rancho Cordova that morning and arrived at my shop in Nova Scotia on Tuesday. Thats less than three business days...very impressive given that the site said that it would be 3-5 days ...
