I bought the new airport extreme base station. While it says I need Tiger (Mac OS 10.4) to set it up, it still works right out of the box. I have ethernet connecting it to two computers, and an airport card in my G4 laptop. All of these computers get access to the DSL connection

I have a 300kbps LAME VBR MP3 that exhibited the warbling so well documented in many discussions. I'd never noticed it before, though I recently upped my LAME settings from alt-preset-standard to the 300 average.

Some of my disks (or rather volumes) have developed an "invalid leaf record count". Disk Utitlity even states what the count should be, but if I have it repair the disk it cannot fix this (though it always says the disk was repaired succesfully).

Folks I am trying to find out if a specific machine is able to boot in OS 9. It's a PowerMac Dual G4 1.25 ghz. The machine type reads as PowerMac 3.6 and the machine S/N is CK309JHLP6N.
