I've connected my new iMac to my Linksys WRT54G which is using WEP 128 bit 26 hex digits encryption. When trying to set up the wireless network, the mac asks for a password (not a key, mind you). What password is this? When I enter the 26 hex string, it fails to connect.

Some OS X apps now have in their File menu an "Open Recent" command located just below the usual "Open" command -- functions like an application-specific version of the "Recent Items" command in the Apple menu. Very handy.

I have an aging Titanium Powerbook G4 (DVI) 800 MHz still in light use (mainly just web browsing), and lately my wife finds that, due to the fact that she keeps several tabs open while she works on it, Safari and Firefox seem to tip it over the edge in terms of how much RAM is

I have more than 150,000 MP3s in my iTunes library. iTunes is almost totally useless. I must say that it does play music though... at the expense of my ability to control the app.
