Can I download Mac files on my PC, transfer them to the Mac just as
they were downloaded and then using Stuffit on the Mac un-stuff them
on the Mac and get Mac files that will work?

New macs have webcams built into them.  Old macs, however, don't, and
short of buying an Apple iSight for ~$250 on eBay, how might I go
about getting an webcam that works on an old mac?
Logitech and Creative webcams don't seem to support Apples, at all.

Maybe a month ago, I started getting a system-wide speed decrease. The
most significant was that my 12" PowerBook was suddenly slow to wake
from sleep. I also got a few weird side effects, like Spotlight
