I try out tonnes of software that i get sent or asked to look at. I rarely copy it to the applications folders, as i like to keep that nice and clean. However, my application support folder is getting swamped by tonnes of folders created by all the apps I try.

I've noticed that certain Apple programs (InDesign) only work with an Appletalk based printer driver. Apparently this driver requires the ability to send broadcast packets to the printer prior to submitting a print job to the printer.
