I have a G4 Mirror Front Tower running 10.4.8. I'm using a Linksys
(non-wireless) Router. I have no wireless devices on the computer.

I've noticed that certain Apple programs (InDesign) only work with an
Appletalk based printer driver. Apparently this driver requires the
ability to send broadcast packets to the printer prior to submitting a
print job to the printer.
