I've been having problems with airport connecting to my access point since the

Blindingly FAST.  Smooth and trouble free.  The machine a Dell XPS 210 with
Intel E6800.( Good but definitely not the most powerful in the lineup.
Loaded up with Adobe Photo Shop.  Auto Cad. Instant response.  The look is

My daughter tried to record her voice using garage band for a song she
was submitting for a local competition.  This is on a Macbook Pro Core
Duo with ILife 6.  The internal mic had a buzz or fan noise so she
