I just had a friend connect to my Mac over AFP and put some .jpgs in my Drop Box. I couldn't open the files and found it was permissions related: localhost:~/Public/Drop Box kiraly$ ls -l total 37864

Is it possible to hook up a full size Sata hard drive to the Intel Mini's hard drive connector? Can you buy an adapter or is the notebook plug the same as a full size plug?

Forgive this question; it may be a dumb one, but: is Internet Connect even necessary when a DSL broadband device is used-? Of the three MAcs in our house, all OSX variants, one is wired to the hub and the other two get an Airport signal.
