the new internal drive, and I thought that perhaps the drive had ...

Hello!  I am having some odd trouble with my PowerBook;  I use

I just bought an eMac from a friend.  He set it up with an administrator

Newbie question20 Dec 2006 19:26 GMT1
My daughter purchased a new Mac Book a couple of months ago. Initially it
connected to our home wireless network perfectly. She allowed it to do a
software update of some sort. Since then it loses the wireless connection
every 5 minutes (sometimes 10). I have several other ...
SMB File Server Drive Mappings20 Dec 2006 18:42 GMT1
I have an issue with a OS X Tiger system (10.4.8) that is not mapping

preferences out there that keep this information cached or if maybe
there is a preference file that is corrupted. I was able to create a

Whenever I restart my mac, the active airport network is my neighbor's

I tried a numnber of settings using the network system preference ...
