Anyone know if this can be done? Google and Versiontracket don't bring up
anything for the mac.
Apparently it is some new format that sony came up with, and iTunes won't

Is there any difference between highlighting the hard drive instead of
the partition if there is only 1 partition on the hard drive before
Repairing Permissions?

I recently bought a MacMini. I want to transfer all of my songs from my
Windows box to the Mac. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I
understand that I will have to re-format my iPod to use a Mac, but I
don't want to lose all of the MP3's.

My PowerBook 10.4.8 does this occasionally: most Finder icons show as too
bright, as if there's some 'fade-to-white' setting somewhere.  Nothing
else is wrong, and colour-range displays show that the computer does
understand how dark and light other things should be.  It's just ...

Anyone know a way to edit the volumen name a DMG image will mount as?
I can rename the DMG file itself and remount it but it still maintains
the origianl Volume name when mounted.

I'm using an old Mac 7100/80 with OS 8.6, and can't seem to get the thing to
spin down the hard drive, or go into sleep mode. I have "Energy Saver" CSM
modules in the Control Strip, and and similar Control Panels installed.

I want to add  an external drive to my G5. A USB drive won't let me
boot, correct? How about a USB/firewire combo drive?

I am in need of some assistance.   I am using 10.3.5 and recently have
bee trying to access online Poker sites.  So far all I am seeing is
everything is in .exe
I know that  macs don't do .exe  Is there any way of getting around

I have an old application that complains when trying to run in Classic
that it only runs with MacOS 7.x, but my Powerbook G4 runs MacOS
10.4.8.
Is it possible to emulate MacOS 7 or install it on my Mac somehow?

I have this odd problem. My keyboard works most of the time, and them
sometimes my cursor vanishes and I cannot type. Eventually it returns
with some clicking or closing the tab in my Firefox browser and
restarting.
