I have a Mac Mini connected to a PS/2 keyboard and mouse and VGA screen via
a Belkin KVM.
The built-in British keyboard layout does not correspond exactly to the PS/2
keyboard, so I have used Ukelele to remap the keys which don't "fit".

Recently I noticed a strange problem with the keychain under MacOSX

I've just turned on my Mac Pro after a fortnight of being turned of,
and I've discovered that the part of the menubar where Spotlight sits
seems to have crashed.

Yesterday i've changed a bit the httpd.conf file on my box.
One of the changes was to set the root document to my HOME/Sites, then
faterwards i've restarted the server.

have a macbook now, but my last powerbook i tried a bluetooth keyboard
(apple) and bluetooth mouse (MS)
keyboard would connect immediately from sleep. Bluetooth mouse would
have to register a couple of clicks to come out of sleep..take a second

Last year I purchased a dual-core 2 GHz G5 (PPC). I am running the
latest OS. The machine sits on the floor off to the side of my desk.
The noticeable constant fan noise is starting to bother me. I had the

Is there a way to use the Apple Front Row remote controller to
control other applications? And/or a way to map the remote's

I have a 12" G4 PowerBook, recently the US style folding mains plug on
the power adapter failed.  It makes intermittent contact and arcs
internally.  I have the cord style mains plug that I can use the

I bought my wife an ipod nano red for Christmas. I was hoping to have
all of her favorite music imported and ready to go for Christmas
morning. So far I have found 3 CDs that won't import. The Madonna CD's

I moved my music collection to a external Hard Disk, and what I have
done is to create a Mirror on the external HD. So all I need is to know
how can I change the the path where ITunes locate the Files, because
the raltive path is still the same, the only thing which is different
