| Is there a way to sing with iTunes through a microphone? | 18 Dec 2006 00:12 GMT | 1 |
My 6 year old nephew loves to play songs on iTunes on his parents' iMac G5 and sing along. I'd like to get him a microphone to plug into the iMac so that he can sing and have his voice amplified. Is that possible? What hardware and/or software do I need?

| Firewire cords | 16 Dec 2006 20:14 GMT | 11 |
I've had sporadic occurances of my Firewire drives preventing normal bootup. I know this because if I disconnect the main cord, the computer then boots. I assume that a cord is responsible. I have 4 Firewire drives (Maxtor OneTouch v. 1, driver updated) and a G4 1.25 Dual

| firefox 2.0 and os X | 16 Dec 2006 19:17 GMT | 1 |
I just got my first Mac about a week ago (it's running OS X Tiger and patched). While it's not a powerhouse machine (1.83 Ghz and 512MB of RAM) it seems that Firefox 2.0 really eats up a LOT of RAM and starts to slow things down. A top show FF2.0 using between 425-450M of RAM.
