Forgive the absurdity of my question. I am new to Tiger, and trying to
master it. I downloaded Firefox for Mac and installed it. The software
works fine as long as the notebook is running. When I shut down the

I just noticed a 16.MB plain text document on my Mac's HD.

It calls itself t.txt, was created 10/4/06, and modified 12/1/06. I am

I was going to buy my first mac (the macbook 2ghz, 1gig ram) but just
wanted to know what iphoto can do. is it just for managing your photo's
or can you also edit pictures like in photoshop??

I'm running OSX 10.4.newest (lost track)  and for some reason I can't
minimize finder windows. Everything else minimizes just fine, but the
little yellow minimize button is grayed out. It also won't minimize
when the title bar is double clicked. It's really strange...I could

This is definately a noobie question, and I could not find the answer
through searching.
When I am in an application that takes up the whole screen (I am

no longer load my version of photoshop CS (or Windows media player).
So i made sure i downloaded all the updates for Tiger, and tried to
reinstall the version of PS several times to no avail.
