| Printing from Mac to Win2K shared printer | 20 Dec 2006 02:30 GMT | 21 |
I'm still trying to get our Macs (one iBook G4, one G4 Mini, one MacBook, all running 10.4.8) to print to the LaserJet 5MP I'm sharing from a Win2000 (Pro) server. This USED to work. It really did. I think one of the 10.4.x system updates broke it for me.

Just installed a new hard drive onto a G4 running OSX 10.2.8. Is there an easy way to clone my Boot drive to the new drive so that I can boot from the new drive? The new drive is bigger (100 GB as opposed to 20 GB) and faster, and is newer, so I would like to boot from this.

If your idea of fun is jerking off to the lastest wonderful Apple gizmos then don't bother reading any further. I know I shouldn't burden other people with my troubles but I am just so amazed at how arrogant and unthinking Apple is in its design philosophy and, being
